The children in Year 6 were challenged to create a fine dining experience for their families. They had to turn their dining room into a five star restaurant, design a menu and produce a dish worthy of a Michelin star!
There was a catch: the children had to use beans, toast and butter to create their dish. They were allowed some garnish but these ingredients had to be the main components on the plate.
